Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Market Vice President to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and penetration in market.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, Client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) system.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college/university degree.
