We are seeking a talented General Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our hospitality team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Monitor P&L, manage budgets, and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and liquor licensing regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a mid-volume restaurant or bar.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service focus.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and inventory control.
  • Pasion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Smart Serve Certified (or willingness to obtain).
