Our Opportunity
We are seeking a talented General Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our hospitality team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency and quality.
- Monitor P&L, manage budgets, and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and liquor licensing regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a mid-volume restaurant or bar.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service focus.
- Solid understanding of financial management and inventory control.
- Pasion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Smart Serve Certified (or willingness to obtain).
