Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at QILA BAR & Grill. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing meats for processing and cutting, as well as cutting carcasses, sides, and quarters. Your duties will also include cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, wrapping and packaging prepared meats, and removing bones from meat. Additionally, you will be responsible for cutting poultry into parts, cleaning and preparing fish and shellfish, cutting fish into steaks and fillets, grinding meats, training meat cutters, slicing cooked meats, and preparing special orders. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek and English as the primary work language.
