- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandise Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, as well as develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that the store is operating within budget and making a profit.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including performing regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Parking: Parking available on site.
