Store Services Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Services Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our services operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Services Studio Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studios, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
- Client Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement, loyalty, and retention, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Event Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate in-store events, workshops, and classes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance assessments, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive individual and team growth.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence business partners and drive results.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality.
- Competitive Compensation: A salary range of CAD$53,200 - CAD$66,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
