Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store management.
- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store operates within budget.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting their job requirements.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Adaptability, collaborativeness, and a proactive approach to work.
