About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson HVAC to join our team at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain all HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with federal and provincial codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to provide exceptional service.
- Assist other trades as needed to ensure seamless operation of hotel systems.
Requirements:
- Provincial Journeyperson's certificate for Province of Alberta required.
- Background HVAC experience or general knowledge of the trade required.
- VRF system knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Valid Alberta driver's license required.
