Job Summary
We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in processing donations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Process donations in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to quality control standards.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient storage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
