Mega Signs Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Sign Installation Specialist to join our team. As a Commercial Sign Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including signs, displays, and other visual elements. You will work with a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and wood, and will be required to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including signs, displays, and other visual elements
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand and power tools
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Install electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Commercial Sign Installation Specialist will work in a variety of locations, including construction sites, warehouses, and office buildings. The work environment will be physically demanding, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. The Commercial Sign Installation Specialist will be required to work in a team environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
