Job Title: Analytical Scientist - Biologics Development

We are seeking an experienced Analytical Scientist to join our team at the National Research Council Canada. As an Analytical Scientist, you will play a key role in the development and characterization of biologics-based therapeutic drugs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of analytical assays for biologics-based therapeutics
  • Characterize viral vectors and other biologics-based therapeutics using various biochemical and biophysical techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize analytical assays
  • Contribute to the development of new biologics-based therapeutic drugs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Virology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related field
  • Experience in supporting the development of analytical assays and characterizing biologics-based therapeutics
  • Working knowledge of biochemical and biophysical techniques, including ELISAs, SPR, BLI, and flow cytometry
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
