Job SummaryThis permanent part-time position involves creating individualized treatment plans for clients with physical, mental health, and neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in occupational rehabilitation and supporting auto insurance, long-term disability, and WSIB referrals.
About the Role- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for clients.
- Educate clients on strategies to improve function and independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in case conferences and case management.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
