About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. You will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care, delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care to clients in their own homes
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • RN level nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • CPR certification
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening)
  • Negative TB test
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
