Job Summary
Canada Post is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a retail environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, accurately and efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
