Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise Procurement: Identify, select, and procure merchandise for resale, considering factors like quality, pricing, and profitability.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Budget Planning: Create and manage budgets to monitor revenues, expenses, and cash flow, ensuring the company's financial stability.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing needs based on business demands, seasonal fluctuations, and employee performance.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes, including salary payments, benefits, and tax compliance.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 months of experience in operations management, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
