Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofing Apprentice to join our team. As a Roofing Apprentice, you will be responsible for applying waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces, installing and repairing metal roofs, and operating hoisting and lifting equipment.

Work Site Environment

The work site environment for this role will be at heights, noisy, and dangerous. You will be working outdoors in various locations, including commercial and industrial settings.

Work Setting

The work setting for this role will be fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work in a repetitive task environment, and work overtime as needed.

Specialization or Experience

As a Roofing Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in sheeting and cladding, as well as working with hoisting and lifting equipment.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

You will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to work at heights and in a noisy environment.

Weight Handling

You will be required to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of your duties.
