Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train deli staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement, including in-store promotions and social media campaigns.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
