About the Role

Gokabu Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial, communications, and business services functions. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving strategic business development and operations, ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
    • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
    • Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Operational Excellence
    • Lead the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
    • Ensure effective management of resources, including human resources, technology, and facilities
  • Communications and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including employees, customers, and investors
    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial or business development role
  • Skills
    • Strong financial management and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
