Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team at PCR Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation of foundations, floor beams, and roof systems.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes, utilizing measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to construct various structures.
  • Estimate costs and material requirements for projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings, including mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
Requirements
  • College certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • At least 2 years of experience in woodworking and construction.
  • Ability to instruct apprentices and supervise other workers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Benefits
