Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to manage a team of Test Analysts and oversee testing activities for a large-scale Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CCB) project.

The Test Lead will be responsible for providing oversight, review, and final approval for the project test strategy, as well as managing a team conducting System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the overall project.

The ideal candidate must have at least 8-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a Test Lead role, and must have worked on significant Oracle Utilities CCB projects in the past.

The Test Lead will be responsible for establishing and engaging employees, vendors, and contract resources to ensure test strategies are communicated and understood, and will provide ongoing leadership and management throughout the lifecycle of the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight, review, and final approval for the project test strategy.
  • Manage a team conducting SIT, E2E, and UAT test cases for the overall project.
  • Establish and engage employees, vendors, and contract resources to ensure test strategies are communicated and understood.
  • Provide ongoing leadership and management throughout the lifecycle of the program.
  • Accountable for ensuring complete documentation and tracking takes place throughout all phases of testing.
  • Sign off on test phase exit as part of the deliverable/milestone acceptance management process.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in software testing.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Test Lead role.
  • Significant experience working with Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CCB) projects.
  • Experience working with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
