Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with plant location managers, co-workers, and sales representatives to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Answer incoming phone calls, distribute or respond as required, and provide accurate information to customers.
- Enter orders, door fab sheets, and metal requests, and assist walk-in customers with their needs.
- Provide consultation, coordination, and assistance to our customers, sales force, and internal personnel to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of bid documents, correspondence, and other project-specific information.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems.
