Job Summary:
EVONA is seeking a highly skilled Front End Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our web-based platform, ensuring it is intuitive, scalable, and meets the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Front End Development Team: Lead a team of front-end developers to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.
- Design and Develop User Interfaces: Drive the design and development of user interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive and responsive.
- Oversee API Development: Oversee and contribute to the development of APIs, web tools, and product delivery systems.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end solutions with backend systems using Python (Django), RESTful APIs, and React/Redux.
- Implement Best Practices: Implement best practices in front-end performance optimization, security, and maintainability.
- Champion Agile Methodologies: Champion Agile methodologies, DevOps practices (CI/CD), and Docker for streamlined development.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to junior developers.
Qualifications:
- 7+ Years of Experience: 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with demonstrated leadership in software projects.
- Expertise in Modern JavaScript Frameworks: Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Redux), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end build systems.
- Strong Understanding of UX/UI Design Principles: Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and a track record of improving user experience.
- Solid Understanding of GIS Technologies: Solid understanding of GIS technologies and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Degree in Computer Science: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
