Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary team at Haru BBQ Korean Restaurant. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and culinary knowledge.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role
This role is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and quality service are paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules effectively
- Order food and kitchen supplies as needed
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Assess ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit necessary reports
- Compile food order summaries for the chef
- Possess knowledge of the restaurant's culinary specialties
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys
- Create work schedules for staff
