Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aquatic Educator to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a Swim Instructor/Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective swimming lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse students.
  • Provide personalized instruction and feedback to students to ensure they achieve their swimming goals.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Current Lifesaving Society Bronze Cross or equivalent certification.
  • Current Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED certification.
  • Previous experience in teaching swimming or a related field is an asset.
