Construction Inspector and Quality Assurance Specialist

Metro Testing & Engineering LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector and Tester to join our team. As a key member of our inspection team, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Plan Review and Inspection: Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Construction Site Inspection: Inspect construction sites to ensure that building and engineering construction meet the required standards.
- Code Enforcement: Enforce steel and concrete installation codes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Health and Safety: Inspect sites to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license.
