As a Connected Home Technician, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and service of high-speed internet, home phone, and smart home monitoring products.
  • Informing customers about enhanced company products to drive sales.
  • Completing company documentation related to customer interactions, adhering to departmental processes and standards.
  • Meeting project deadlines and maintaining excellent time management skills.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, and customer-centric behaviors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and judgement skills.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • The ability to lift and move equipment (approximately 80lbs) and work at heights up to 40ft.
  • Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi and computer troubleshooting.
