Job Title: Room Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Green Gables Inn. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:

* Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
* Dust furniture
* Make beds and change sheets
* Distribute clean towels and toiletries
* Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
* Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
* Pick up debris and empty trash containers

Additional Responsibilities:

* Support various groups including newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities through participation in government or community programs.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift 25 lbs and push/pull carts
