About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Silver City Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of our experienced team.
  • Supporting the Team: Assist the medical examiner in charge and perform routine maintenance work as needed.
  • Site Cleanup: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from the construction site.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
