Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Team Support: Assist other kitchen staff members as needed, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with repetitive tasks and physical demands.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
