We are seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team at Spring Service Ltd. as a key member of our parts and accessories sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and servicing parts and accessories to customers, as well as handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Service: Sell and service parts and accessories to customers, including answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and making change.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that parts and accessories are stocked and available for sale.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure that sales and service goals are met.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service an asset.
- Certifications: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience required.
- Language: Fluency in English required.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales and service goals. The work environment will be noisy and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
