We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drafting Supervisor to join our team at Quality Drafting Company, LLC.

• Supervise and Lead a Team: Oversee and direct a team of drafting personnel to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
• Estimate and Manage Resources: Estimate costs and materials required for projects and manage resources to ensure timely completion.
• Quality Control: Examine drawings for conformity and errors, ensuring high-quality output.
• Steel Detailing Expertise: Possess Steel detailing Certification and have experience in shop drawings and detailing drafting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Tekla, desktop applications, computer-aided design (CAD), and spreadsheet software, including Google Docs.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the steel industry, with a focus on architecture, drafting, and structural engineering.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
