Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the building and testing of prototypes and ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Conduct applied research in fields of electrical and electronic engineering and physics to develop new technologies and improve existing ones.
  • Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems.
  • Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports to ensure accurate documentation of work completed.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education in electronics engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electronics engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
