Job Title: Senior iOS Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior iOS Developer to join our Engineering Team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly iOS applications that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Delivery, to ensure that our mobile apps meet the needs of our users.
  • Develop and maintain existing production systems supporting CNN's digital ecosystem.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.
  • Ensure that software development follows industry best practices, policies, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional development experience.
  • Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
  • Ability to develop new and innovative applications as well as maintain existing code.
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile DevOps CI/CD tools and implementing best practices.
  • General familiarity with database technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
