As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for processing product orders placed on our website. You will need to:
- Read and reply to emails from related departments to process online orders
- Identify, pull and prep ordered products – remove hangers, check each item for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, place protected labels on products that need them and remove sales labels as needed
- Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders via our computer system
- Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders
- Prepare the supply order each week
- Keep your work area clean and tidy
- Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments
