Job Summary:

As a Pharmacy Professional at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values your skills and contributions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the operations of the Pharmacy, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, dispensing medication, and assisting in the maintenance of the dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive image of the Pharmacy
  • Practice within federal and provincial regulations, ensuring all privacy requirements are met
  • Dispense medication and assist in the maintenance of the dispensary
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals to provide customer care
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed

Requirements:
  • Independent thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and delegate assignments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in formulating and executing action plans
  • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy systems and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
