Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Trial Lawyer Associate at Hassan Law in London, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to trials, depositions, and providing legal advice to clients. They will work closely with senior lawyers to prepare cases, conduct legal research, and represent clients in civil litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and litigation
  • Prepare and present cases in court, including trials and depositions
  • Provide legal advice to clients on civil litigation matters
  • Work closely with senior lawyers to develop and implement case strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in civil litigation law and procedures

Requirements

  • Law and Legal Issues expertise
  • Experience in conducting Trials and Depositions
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to provide sound Legal Advice to clients
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Bar admission in Ontario
  • Previous experience in civil litigation is a plus
