Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced plastering specialist to join our team at Elite Home Stucco Ltd. as a stucco plasterer. In this role, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster on various exterior surfaces.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the plastering trade. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and proficiency in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster on exteriors of buildings.
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering.
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure durability.
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat if required.
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency.
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim.
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings.
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ideal candidate must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that involve:

  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Physically demanding work.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Standing for extended periods.
Weight Handling
