Creative Makeup Artist

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative makeup artist to join our team at MAC Vaughan Mills in Vaughan, ON. As a part-time makeup artist, you will have the opportunity to combine your artistic and technical expertise to provide a unique and personalized in-store experience for our customers.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspirational atmosphere in our store, educating and delighting our customers with your knowledge and skills. You will also work closely with our team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that our store always meets the high standards of visual merchandising.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for makeup artistry and a desire to continuously learn and grow. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$32.80, depending on your qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, and education-related programs.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, provide inspirational and authentic customer service, and work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and certification in makeup artistry are desirable, but not required. We welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a strong passion for makeup artistry and a desire to learn and grow.
