The Dietary Worker role at Aramark involves providing patient meal services in a fast-paced environment. This position requires maintaining a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service demeanor towards customers, clients, and co-workers.
Key Responsibilities
• Function comfortably in a dynamic environment, delivering allocated meals to residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring residents receive their menu orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a general knowledge of therapeutic diets to ensure meal orders are processed correctly.
• Collaborate with care staff and the Food & Nutrition team to guarantee accurate patient nutrition.
• Uphold the privacy, safety, and dignity of each customer by adhering to client confidentiality and safety standards.
• Comply with ARAMARK's standards of operation and maintain all records and reports to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Aramark values developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done. Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.
Requirements
• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in food service, as a dietary clerk, or in a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in the English language is required, with bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
