About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Regina, SK location. This is a Monday-to-Friday position from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Track shipments effectively.
- Offer spot quotations and document them accordingly.
- Furnish Proof of Delivery (PODs) and Bills of Lading (BOLs) for customers.
- Assist in facilitating the delivery of freight from pickup to destination.
- Audit and verify shipment billing and rating information.
- Process adjustments for customers.
- Handle overages, shortages, and damages.
- Perform other tasks as required by management.
