Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Software Team Lead to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving corporate growth by facilitating implementations of our software with a strong focus on long-term feature adoption to our dealership customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of product and industry experts in implementing software solutions for dealership customers.
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and successful implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage daily activities and schedules of the team, overseeing ongoing projects and alerting management of any issues before they arise.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, dealership, or PBS environment.
  • Previous experience in managing high-performing teams is an asset.
  • Thorough understanding of software implementation and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA (approx. 4-8 weeks/year).
