We are seeking two Coordinators to join our team in Process Management and Administration. This role involves providing administrative and servicing support for various services, ensuring that client requests are completed efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing excellent customer service to external and internal clients.
  2. Managing client accounts and performing servicing activities in English and French.
  3. Analyzing documentation for the input and processing of investment products, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborating with internal departments and external clients to resolve client requests.
  5. Developing business knowledge and applying a client-focused approach to achieve optimal results.
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of new initiatives.
  7. Maintaining effective relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. Financial industry experience: 1-2 years of experience in a financial setting and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  3. A results-driven approach, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Bilingual proficiency in English & French, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  6. Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field, with industry-related courses an asset but not required.
  7. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
