**Job Summary:**
Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join its team in the role of Strategic Governance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and preparing the overall governance of the Vice-President of Transformation, Industrialization and Operational Excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in governance management and/or continuous improvement systems. They will possess excellent communication skills in both English and French and be able to develop trusted relationships with key partners to ensure overall alignment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic global environment where you will have the ability to plan, organize, prioritize and handle multiple time-sensitive tasks. You will also have the opportunity to develop and deliver presentations to different levels of management, including executive level.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare the overall governance of the Vice-President of Transformation, Industrialization and Operational Excellence.
- Develop with key stakeholders governance structures, identify gaps, and propose solutions to improve communication & information flow throughout the different levels.
- Support the implementation of the Bombardier Operations Excellence system.
- Manage and lead initiatives to increase efficiency & productivity by standardizing Balance Score Cards, Dashboards and KPIs supporting the day-to-day activities.
- Manage & build executive presentations for internal and external communications.
