Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Labourer to join our team at Snack Plus Inc. As a Production Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a high level of food safety and handling skills to prevent contamination and ensure the quality of our products.
  • Material Transportation: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials efficiently and safely.
  • Packaging and Quality Control: Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, and check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Assistance and Cleaning: Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, and clean machines and immediate work areas.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Reliability and Teamwork: Demonstrate reliability and teamwork skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Language and Work Schedule: Fluency in English is required, and the work schedule is 30 hours per week.
