About the Role

MILLENNIAL EVENTS is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting our events and services to a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with our team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media presence and develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Research and analyze market trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics to measure campaign success.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in social media marketing tools.

MILLENNIAL EVENTS is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and creativity. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and events, and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.

Work Hours

This is a part-time position, requiring 30 hours of work per week.
