Job Summary

Toronto Hydro Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Executive Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of the executive office, you will provide strategic support to the CEO and ensure the smooth operation of the office.

About the Role

The Executive Support Professional will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation. You will also serve as a liaison between the CEO and other members of the executive team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with stakeholders
- Coordinate complex meeting structures, ensuring timely preparation and execution
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures and protocols
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

- 7-10 years of administrative experience, with 5+ years in a senior role
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
