Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are spotless and ready for use.
  • Store cleaned dishes and utensils in designated areas, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and supplies, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Residency in proximity to the advertised location.
  • Previous experience in a similar field of employment.
