Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll provide excellent service to our customers by selling postal products and services, answering questions, and resolving issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
