About the Role

Limen Masonry 2013 Ltd. is seeking a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units to build residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lay masonry units to specifications, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
  • Lay bricks and stone to provide veneer facings, constructing chimneys, fireplaces, and other masonry features.
  • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units, working at heights and on scaffolding as required.
  • Cut and trim masonry materials to specification using hand and power tools.
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on best practices and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects and high-quality results.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent exposure to dust, noise, and physical demands.
  • Stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads, requiring excellent physical fitness and stamina.
  • Work at heights and on scaffolding, necessitating a strong sense of safety awareness and adherence to protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in masonry or a related field.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
