Job Description

The successful candidate will interact with Service Advisors to obtain work orders and customer service specific requirements. They will also work closely with existing licensed Automotive Service Technicians for guidance and mentorship. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting motor vehicles and testing automotive systems using computerized diagnostic devices;
  • Adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components of automotive systems;
  • Performing scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes and lubrications;
  • Inspecting and testing mechanical components like engines, transmissions, axles, and brake systems;
  • Diagnosing faults or malfunctions and confirming findings with licensed technicians;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum completion of 2nd year 310S apprenticeship;
  • Previous experience in automotive repairs and service;
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract;
  • Strong communication skills;

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
