  • Plan and prepare menus for our restaurant, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Estimate food requirements and manage inventory to minimize waste.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
